Welcome to all MyDaddyHomes Fans, Guests and International audience,

When purchasing a new home or a condo, there are certain aspects in which the home buyers needs to become aware of.   If you ever see PDI, it stands for Pre-Delivery Inspection.  Under the Tarion Warranty Corp, the builders are required to conduct an inspection with the home owner.

PDI, would take place when the new home or condo is ready for occupancy. Therefore, it maybe one of the first actual viewing of your completed dwelling.  Once on the property, you should examine the exterior and interior of the home with the designated builder personal.

This opportunity is essential when examining the various systems in your homes. For example, heating systems, plumbing, air conditioning and much more. Just become an active participant with your home. Don't just sit back, become involved.
