I have missed all of you and thanks again for reading my blog about Real Estate.
Lately, it seems like I keep going to Broker previews for various condo's throughout the GTA. Recently, I was at the Maestro Condo opening. This new condo, will be 14 storey high and has amazing features, if I may touch upon them.
As for location, its located at the intersection of Sheppard Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue. In addition, its close to the Highways 401, 404 & 407 and steps from Fairview Mall, restaurants, schools and parks.
The builder is Mutual Hujade Development Corporation. They have been in the business for over 20 years. Some of their achievements include Markham Gates in Toronto, Orchard Point in Orillia and Harbour Walk in Cobourg. One aspect in which I believe to be a great feature is that Mutual is affiliated with the concrete contractor who is working on the One World Trade Centre in New York City.
