GTA Mid-Month Release Figures

Hello Everyone,

I know it's been a long time since my last blog. Well a lot has happened since the November 28, 2012 blog.

So, here is what has happened in the Real Estate market. The market has slowed down for the month of December. There are various factors, for example high-rise compared to low-rise, condo apartment or freehold properties.
